The document appears to have a transcription error as it shows John Parker sighed twice and not John Pearson but John Pearson is clearly named in the text. A short inventory is included.

Francis1 Kendall, miller married Mary Tidd as "Francis Kendall alias Miles." Tradition states that Francis Kendall was stolen from Ralph Miles in England. This theory was supported in Sewall's History of Woburn. However, in his will he remembered his brother Thomas Kendall of Reading. [Who the parents of Thomas Kendall and Francis Kendall are we have not learned. But they were clearly brothers].
