Thomas Gross Son of Thomas Gross was born the 9th of october 1718 entered pr Joseph Doane Town clerk. [It is not entirely clear how to reconcile the one year difference between the Hingham date and the Eastham date, but since the Eastham birth record of this son was recorded after the 1721 marriage of his father to Jane Cole, it was probably recorded after the fact, and therefore the one most likely to be wrong.]
