    THOMAS H. FARNER, 69, of Maple Shade, died Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden.
    Born in Kansas, Mr. Farner lived in the South Jersey area for 48 years. He worked as the chief engineer for PSFS in Philadelphia for 29 years. He also owned and operated Woods of Troy Residential Health Care Center in Gibbstown.
    Survivors: his wife, Cecelia Pearce Farner ; two sons, Thomas 2d of Mullica Hill and Daniel E. of Long Island, N.Y.; four daughters, Patricia Casher of Merchantville, Stacey J. Farner of Maple Shade, Marylle "Judy" Guyon of Delran and Michelle Lee Weiss of Cape May Court House; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and two sisters, Margaret Higgins of Charleston, W.Va., and Mattie Moore of Delaware, Ohio.
    Services: viewing, 7 to 9 p.m. today, Daley Funeral Home, 518 Kings Highway, Swedesboro; funeral, 10 a.m. tomorrow at the funeral home; burial, Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
