IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN,
I, Thomas Eubanks of the County and state aforesaid being in a low state of health and weak in body yet thanks to god of sound mind perfect memory and understanding, do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament in the form and manner following VIZ-- in the first place it is my desire that all my just debts and necessary expences be satisfied and paid---------
Item: I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Cassandra Eubank, one cow and calf--
Item: I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Alice Eubank one cow and calf-
Item: I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Salome Eubank one cow and calf-
Item: I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Martha Eubank one cow and calf-
Item: I will and bequeath unto my beloved grandson Thomas Eubank, son of John, on heifer and her increase--
And the resedue and remaining part of my property both real and personal I lend unto by beloved wife Salome Eubank during her widowhood, and at the day of her marriage or death
- I will and bequeath unto beloved daugher Martha Eubank one negroe girl named Judith and her increase forever also at the death or marriage of my beloved wife aforesaid
- I will and bequeath unto my daughter Alice Eubank one negroe girl named Edney and her increase forever, also at the death or marriage of my beloved wife, aforesaid
- I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Salome Eubank one Negro girl named Anaky and her increase forever.
- Also I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Cassandre Eubank at the death or marriage of my beloved wife, aforesaid, one negroe woman named Linda and her increase from the date of this my last will forever.
- Also at the death or marriage of my beloved wife I will and bequeath unto my beloved grandson Thomas Eubank, son of John my riding mare, bridle and saddle and her increase to him and his heirs forever and if the said mare is not living at my death I will and bequeath in the aforesaid manner unto my aforesaid grandson the best horse kind that I am possed of at the day of my death.
- Also at the death of or marriage of my aforesaid beloved wife I will and bequeath unto my daughter Lovice, and my five sons, to wit, Ezekial, John, Elisha, Elijah and Isaad, equallly all of my stock of everykind and all my plantation tools, to them and their heirs forever,
- also at the death or marriage of my beloved wife, aforesaid I will and bequeath unto my daughter aforesaid, to wit, Cassandre, Alice, Salome, and Martha, all of my household furniture whatsoevaer and whensoever to be equally divided amongst them
- and I do nominate constitute and appoint my beloved brother, John Eubank and my trusty friend William Hellen Executors to this my last will and testament whom I give full power and authority to sell and despose of any part of my property that they shall think proper for the support of my beloved wife aforesaid as they shall see need, and also if they shall think it best I desire that thay shall hire out the negroes at private sail at their own descreation for the support of my aforsaid beloved wife, and revoking all other my former will or wills legassies bequests and executors by me before made or given I do ratify and confirm this to be my last will and testament, in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 6th day of June in the year of our Lord 1807

The within will of Thomas Eubank was proven in open court Lott Eubanks and Asa Eubanks and John Eubank and Wm. Hellen on of the Executors therein named qualified thereto
