It appears Thomas moved to Georgia with the Stanfords, or, at least he was heavily involved with them in his early days there. I have not yet found a record of him in Putnam Co., GA with/near his brother Joshua Driskell.

Thomas moved over to Perry Co., AL when he married Emily.
