5 Dec 1769: Bond of John Draper Baker of Watertown as administrator of the Estate of Thomas D[r]aper of Newton. 7 Dec 1769: Inventory of the Estate of Thomas Draper late of Newton: £23-15-7, by John Newell, John Wilson, Samuel Richardson. 24 Nov 1771: "Apprized the real Estate of Mr Thomas Droper late of newton Deced ... at the sum of seven pounds six shillings & eight pence; and are of opinion that tis uncapable of a Division - without great Prejudice to the Whole." 21 Aug 1772: real estate settled on John Draper eldest son of Thomas Draper late of Newton he paying his "Brethren & Sisters (Children of the said Intestate), viz. Thomas, William, Sarah, Abigail, Elizabeth, Katharine & Hannah ...and to the Heirs of his Brother Aaron Dece'd".
