Obituary: "Thomas S. Craft, Atlantic Steel retiree Thomas S. Craft, 80, of Lilburn died Tuesday. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today at Bill Head Funeral Home in Tucker. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth. A native of Elberton, Mr. Craft had retired as an inspector with Atlantic Steel. He also owned and operated Craft Sanitation until 1991. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Stone Mountain Masonic Ledge No. 449 F&AM of Mountain Park First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Sara Craft; six children, Charlotte Dryman of Greensboro, N.C., June Partain of Stone Mountain, Wayne Craft and Kenneth Craft of Lawrenceville, John Craft of Fort Payne, Ala., and Greg Craft of Duluth; six siblings, Frances Adams of Stone Mountain, Sue Bowers of Conyers, Betty Brawner of Anderson, S.C., Peggy Gaines of Arlington, VA., Cathy Cook of Decatur and Donnie Craft of Elberton; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
