Cocke, Thomas: Legacy:
Daughter, Elizabeth Cocke, 400 lbs., 3 Negroes, bed, etc.
To son, Lemuel Cocke, Negroes at decease of his mother.
To son, Thomas Cocke, all my land at Wintico and Mecherrin in Brunswick Co., stock, cattle, Negroes, etc.
If my son, John die before he comes of age then the land at Wintico to son, Lemuel Cocke, and son, Thomas, land where I now live.
To son, John, where I now live with several tracts adjoining same.
Wife, Hannah Cocke.
