    [Theo's probate is found in Vol 7, pgs. 473 and 474, records of Probate Court. In it are named all his heirs and the remaining land from his purchases in Sec's 9, 17, 18, Twp 10, R 17. His original purchase in July & Aug 1819, Sec 26, T 16, R 17 was not then in his estate.]
