20) Theodosia Bowes (1728) The daugher of Anna Anthony, Franics Bowes second wife, she was born in December 1728, just one month after her parents married. She married Andrew Reed on 22 August 1740 . Andrew was born in about 1716 and died in 1769 in New Jersey. His father was Joseph Reed, a Scots-Irish who emigrated from Londonderry, Ireland. After accumulating considerable capital in the West Indies trade the elder Reed decided to settle his sons in America and, as early as 1700, was located in what is now Trenton, New Jersey. - it is very unlikely that Theodosia was married at age 12, either marriage or birth date is probably incorrect.
