    Theodore Sherman
    ELWOOD - Theodore "Shag" Sherman, 71, Elwood, died Thursday morning at Mercy Hospital.
    He was born in Lake Cicott and lived in Elwood most of his life. He retired from Delco Remy as a millwright and was a veteran of World War II.

    Survivors include his wife, Emily (Conkling) Sherman, two sons, Craig Sherman, of New Castle and Keith Sherman of Maysville, Ky.; one brother, Harold "Mush" Sherman of Elwood; one sister, Fern Wilkinson of Elwood; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one nephew.

    Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Copher & Fessler Funeral Home, 415 S. Anderson St., Elwood, with the Rev. David Heim officiating. Burial will be in Elwood City Cemetery.

    Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
