Modesto Bee, The (CA) - August 5, 1992 Deceased Name: Theo Hoggatt June 18, 1914 -- Aug. 4, 1992 Theo Hoggatt, 78, of Modesto, died Tuesday at Doctors Medical Center. Mr. Hoggatt was a native of Ada, Okla. He moved to California in 1932 and to Modesto in 1967. He was a state building contractor for 45 years. He was a Navy veteran of 1943-45. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Hoggatt of Modest. A funeral is set for 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Acacia Memorial Park. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the chapel.
