  3. Source:Rice, Sarah Drury. Drury Records, V. 1-4, Vol. 3, p. 239, shows two daughters named Thankful. The one born 1771 is shown "died young", while another is proposed that died "in Wendell Aug. 1801 about 20 y. old", i.e., born about 1781. This cites a gravestone but none is found in Find A Grave. Meanwhile, the recorded death in Wendell in 1791 is exactly 10 years off, and would work out to an age of 20 for the Thankful born 1771. So, this appears to be the date they intended, 1801 being an error? Further, no guardian is appointed for Thankful nor does she sign the assent to the dower in 1793, which is inconsistent with the 1801 death, but perfectly consistent with the 1791 Wendell record.
