Tertulf or Tertullus is a legendary figure, not appearing in any known contemporary records. He should not be considered historical. The Gesta Consulum Andegavorum records that Torquatus sive Tortulfus genuit Tertullum, recording that he was granted property by Charles II (le Chauve), King of the West Franks.
