C. 1918 South Carolina)��� I, GREENLEE ELLISON, of Anderson County in the State of South Carolina, being Anderson Co. )��� of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills by me at any time theretofore made. 1.��� I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named, as soon after my death as will be found convenient for them to do so, out of my estate.... 2.��� I will to my beloved wife, i.e. GRACE MARGARET ELLISON, my entire estate of every kind and description for her to have, hold and enjoy, and to receive the rents, profits and interests of the same so long as she lives, and at her, my said wife's death, my executors shall advertise and sell all my estate, whether real, personal or mixed property on whatever terms my executors deem advantageous to my estate, and after paying for the expenses of said sale they are to divide the proceeds as follows:� To my daughters ELIZABETH LOLLIS� one fifth (1/5) of the proceeds of the said sale, to my daughter EUGENIA HANCOCK one fifth (1/5) of the proceeds of said sale, to my son R. J. ELLISON one fifth (1/5) of the proceeds of the said sale.� To my son J. B.
