    CHESTER - Tammy J. Wells, 46, of Chester, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010.
    She was born Oct. 7, 1963, in Fairmont, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Donna (Ice) Wells.
    Tammy graduated from Oak Glen High School and she was a cashier for the Calcutta Wal-Mart.
    She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Wells of Chester, and Stephanie Wells and companion, Nick Jackson of Chester; a granddaughter, Crislynn Jackson of Chester; five brothers, William (Amy) Wells East Liverpool, Mike (Kathy) Wells of New Cumberland, Brian (Betty) Wells of Minerva, Jeff (Denise) Wells of Chester and Doug Wells of East Liverpool; four sisters, Ginny (Danny) Lewis of New Cumberland, Tracy Wells and fiance, John Shepherd of New Cumberland, Kim (Ronnie) Reed of Calif., and Cristi Tharp and companion Ed Crow of Chester; and 18 nieces and nephews.
    Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the Newell Chapel of the Nixon Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2010. The interment will follow at New Cumberland Cemetery.
