  3. Source:Gordon, George A. Butterfields of Middlesex says Tabitha married Ephraim Waters but this is a bad assumption. The probate file for her father Joseph refers to Ephraim as a husband of "two of Deceased's Daughters", not of "the two daughters", meaning there were more than two daughters living. But Gordon assumed that because he only identified two, that was all there were. Birth records in Woburn show the Waters children were born to "Ephraim and Grace", not "Ephraim and Tabitha". So Tabitha did not marry Ephraim Waters.
