Sylvester Warwick is the son of Wayne Scott Warwick and Louise B.Eastman was known to many people by his nickname, Sil.

He served in the Army during World War II. After his release from his tour of active duty, he settled briefly in Camas,Clark,Washington but returned to Iowa where he married Faye Sherman. The couple had three children, Wayne, Alice and Martha.
