It can be estimated that Susannah Worland was born about 1745. This makes her about 22 when she first married, 31 when she had her last known child and 62 on her death in 1807. (There is a possible baptism of a Susanna Worland at Christ Church, Spitalfields in 1735 but that makes her 35 (a little on the old side) when she first marries and the last child born when she was 41.)

In 1767 she was living in Spitalfields and married Robert James (also of Spitalfields) at Christ Church, Spitalfields on 25 Feb 1767. Witnesses were John Haggis and John Wells. John and Susannah had at least 5 children, all born in Poplar and christened at St. Dunstan and All Saints Church:

2. Thomas James, b. 23 Mar 1769, bap. 23 Apr 1769

A Robert James of Poplar was buried at St. Dunstan and All Saints Church on 31 Oct 1793, and it seems likely it could have been this Robert.

A Susannah James of Poplar was buried at St. Dunstan and All Saints Church on 3 Dec 1807, and it seems likely it could have been this Susannah.
