    2 Mar 1725/26: Agreement "whereas there is a Marriage Concluded upon and Shortly (by Gods grace) to be had and Solemnized Between Francis Sayer Jr Wells of Wells [sic] in ye county of York Husbandman & Susanna Low of Ipswich in ye County of Essex Widow" reserving homestead in Wells to heirs of Francis and Susanna to have free and unrestrained improvement in "ye Estate of her late husband Low Dec'd" and specifying that of balance due Susannah of £260, there will be "delivered to Susanna ye Daughter of ye abovenamed Susanna Low one hundred and thirty pounds when She Shall arrive to ye age of Sixteen years", who is also to inherit Susanna's "Wearing apparel Linnen and Woollen", and Susanna to have "free unrestrained disposal of what She hath Already Rec'd or May hereafter receive of [or?] from ye Estate of her father Mr Robert Lord in his life Time or after his Death".

    Vol. 89, folio 142 5 Dec 1743: "Francis Sawyer of Ipswich ... Shopkeeper and Susanna my wife She being adm'x on the Estate of Daniel Low of s'd Ipswich Mariner Dec'd ... authorized and Impowered to the sell the House & Land of ye s'd Daniel hereafater mentioned for the payment of his Debts", for £50 sell to Samuel Williams of Ipswich Sadler a certain messuage situated at a place called Brewers Corner in Ipswich.
