Whereas an obligation signed by my daughter Sarah Remington (then Sarah Cook) for money received of me on the 14 June 1783 ... now owed now.
Whereas Dr. Amos Throop & Samuel Nightengale signed obligation 19 May 1783, the obligation shall be given to my daughter Mary Throop & to the heirs of my late daughter Susannah Nightengale.
Obligation Phillip Allen signed on 5 May 1783 goes to my daughter Lydia Allen.
