- ↑ FORMER RESIDENT DIES HERE; FUNERAL AT ANTIMONY Mrs. Susie Schogings Thompson, 70, wife of Homer C Thompson of Antimony, died at the hospital here Saturday, following a heart attack two weeks ago. Mrs. Thompson was born at Rockville, February 1, 1867, a daughter of William P and Susan Page Schogings. She spent her girlhood at Marysvale and there she was married to Homer C Thompson on December 25, 1889. They lived at Marysvale until 1918 when they moved to Richfield. They had resided at Antimony since 1925. Mrs. Thompson was active in Relief society work of the church. Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Ella T Nay of Black Rock, Mrs. Ethel T Savage of Antimony and Mrs. Alice T Metzer of Troy, Montana; three sons, Wallace C, George P and Harold M Thompson all of Antimony; one brother and 14 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Antimony ward chapel.
