    To these two parents: As SAMUEL NEZOR and his Wife CATHERINE RANK, a daughter of GG. RANK, was born a DAUGHTER on the SECOND day of NOVEMBER in the year of our Lord 1830. This Child was born in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP in CUMBERLAND County, in the State of PENNSYLVANIA, in North America; was baptised by the Rev. RAWHAUSER, and received the name of SUSANNAH. Witness present at the Act of Baptism: THE PARENTS.

    [This framed Certificate of Birth and Baptism was in the home of Martha Clarinda Crum Haines (Mrs. Harley O. Haines), in Marion, Ohio. Martha was a great-granddaughter of Susannah Nezor (Susan Nazor) and was born in 1905 and died in 2002. It passed to Martha's daughter, Patricia Reichelderfer, then again to Patricia's nephew, Chris Carlisle.]

    "Our subject remained at home until his marriage in 1855, to Miss Susan Naser, who was a native of Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, and who was a daughter of Samuel Naser, who came to Richland County in 1834. Mr. Naser located in Sharon township and lived there his remaining years."
