    By The Associated Press. DETROIT, Dec 25. -
    Steve Stanley, college bred young man who was elected "king of the gypsies" last Summer will leave for Europe tomorrow for conferences with gypsy officials there, and today he was guest of honor at a Christmas and farewell party.
    Today’s celebration, gypsies said, was symbolic of acceptance by “King Steve’s” subjects of his edict that they should abandon their conspicuous costumes and learn trades and professions that would make them indistinguishable from other folks.
