  2.   NEHGR, "Metcalf Family", Vol. 6 (1852), p. 176, does list child "XVII. Stephen,5 b. March 10, 1732-3, d. young." in this family as stated in the source citation above. However, this follows immediately after its record of Grace, b. 10 Nov 1732, which would make Stephen's birth physically impossible. Nor are any records of Stephen in the town or church records found. If this child even exists, it seems likely that it is the same child that is called "unnamed son", born and died 1734-5, as after the birth of Grace in 1732, another child in 1734-5 is a typical spacing, and we would not expect one inbetween.
