- To my grddau. Mary Elizabeth Fosett, 2 negroes, Sue & Pokr, & if she d. s. p., to my sons Revill & Stephen Horsey; also to sd. grddau., 1 sh. sterl..
- To my grdson John Horsey, part of Watkins's Point, & if he d. s. p., to my sd. son Revill; also to sd. grdson, 1 sh. sterl.
- To my son Stephen Horsey, 5 negroes: Jenny, Eloy, Leah, George, & Jacob; also to sd. son, 1 sh. sterl.
- To my son Revill, 3 negro boys - Harry, Joshua, & Wat - a bed, livestock, & till my sd. grdson John is 21, the land left to him.

- To my sons Stephen & Revill & grdson John Horsey, 3 parcels equ. div.: Tonnys Vineyard, on Wicomico Crk., The Desart, betw. Annamessix & Manokin R., & the land of Ann Tost to the E & N of a patent called Exchange.

- To my sd. 2 sons Stephen & Revill & my friend George MeClastor, Watpqueen on Tip Queen on Nanticoke R., & they shall make over to Rbt. Colbier a small part of abovesd. land he now has.

- To my grdson John Horsey, negro boy Gideon.
