Then in Botetourt Co. Va. Stephen Hooke lived on Cowpasture River. His next door neighbor was Taverner Beale. Interestingly Taverner Beale is a descendant of the Thomas Beale of Va. It was Sephen Hooke who had a grandson named Beale Hook. Showing there is probably a connection between the Thomas Beale of Va. and the Thomas Beale of Md. Because the Hooke's seem to always be around known descendants of both Thomas Beale's it is likely they are the same person. It is also known that the Thomas Beale of Va. had a son named Charles. So did the Thomas Beale of Md.
