Obituary from Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin, dated July 12, 2001: STEPHEN E. CHARMA formerly of Endicott Stephen E. Charma passed away July 5, 2001, at St. Luke's Memorial Hospital Center. He was born March 3, 1920, in Endicott, N.Y., the son of Andrew and Anna Kuzma Charma. Stephen was a graduate of the Malone School for the Deaf and was married to Nellie Irvin October 23, 1981. He was employed at Endicott Johnson in Endicott, N.Y. Mr. Charma was a member of St. Francis de Sales Church. Besides his wife, Nellie, he is survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna and Jack Townsend, and Mary and Neil Giacoville, all of Endicott; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Arlene Charma, Glendale, Calif., and Joseph and Lorraine Charma, Endicott; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
