Name: STANLEY William Oldham. He used the name Stanley and was called Stan. His 1885 birth registration and his grave marker list only the name 'Stanley'. HAVE NOT CONFIRMED THAT WILLIAM IS PART OF HIS NAME.

Parents: James Oldham and Hanna Cleverton. Source is Stan Oldham's 1885 birth registration. Interestingly, Stan's 1943 death registration lists Stan's mother's name as Emma Jane Cleverton. Unknown which is correct.

Source is his 1885 birth registration. His 1943 death registration also lists his birth date as October 14, 1885. His 1913 Marriage Affidavit lists his birth place as Mount Albert.

1913 - Marriage: On March 5, 1913, Stanley Oldham 27, Famer, Bachelor, from York Township, York County, married Isabella Coulson 23, Spinster, York Township, York County, at Newtonbrook, Ontario. Witnesses were Gertrude Coulson and Mrs. ??. His parents were ??. Her parents were ?? Coulson and Charlotte ?? (very poor copy). His birth place is listed as Mount Albert. 1921 - Census: On June 1, 1921, Stanley Oldham 35, Farmer, was living in a single story wood frame house on the farm in Cramahe Township, Northumberland County, Ontario, with his wife Isabella and their 5 children: Denzil 7, Donald 5, Elma 3, Lois 1 and Melvill 2 months. 1943 - Death and Burial: Stan Oldham 57 died on January 18, 1943 in Toronto General Hospital. He died on the operating table during an operation to fix a hemorrhage 48 hours after the original operation for goitre. He was buried in Hartman Cemetery, Mount Albert on January 21, 1943. The informant was his son, Denzil Oldham, Mount Albert. Source is Stan's 1943 death registration.
