    4 Apr 1808: "Overseers of the Poor of the Town of Royalston do hereby represent to your honor that Sollomon Eager of this Town is now possesed of some Estate has become non compos..." The judge requested an inquisition, and the selectmen of Royalston concurred [note: selectmen are the same three persons who were overseers of the poor].
    19 May 1808: Bond of Stephen Batchellor as guardian of Solomon Eager of Royalston a person non compos and incapable to take care of himself.
    28 Jun 1808: Inventory of Estate where of Solomon Eager non compos is possessed in Royalston.
