Class: HO107; Piece 961; Book: 15; Civil Parish: Wellow; County: Somerset; Enumeration District: 9; Folio: 21; Page: 11 [edit] February 27, 1846 - London Gazette (Issue 20578, Page 40)Whereas a Petition of Solomon Slingo late of Walker's-cottage in the parish of Wellow, in the county of Somerset, since of Stoney Littleton, in the parish of Wellow aforesaid, and now lodging at Edmund Biggs’s at Charter-house Hinton in the county aforesaid, Mason, having filed in the Bristol District Court of Bankruptcy, and the interim order for protection from process having been given to the said Solomon Slingo, under provisions of the Statutes in the case made and provided, the said Solomon Slingo is hereby required to appear in Court before Richard Stevenson, Esq. the Commissioner acting in the matter of the said petition, on the 19th day of March next, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon, at the Bristol District Court of Bankruptcy, at Bristol, for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said Statutes; and the choice of creditors' assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All persons indebted to the said Solomon Slingo, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. Thomas Rennie Hutton, No. 19, Saint Augustine's-place, Bristol, the Official Assignee, nominated in that behalf by the Commissioner acting in the matter of the said Petition.
