    "236 … Simon (Wolcott), III, b. c. 1694; d. 24 Jul 1742 at age 47 according to his gravestone in the Old South Windsor Cemetery (Hale 52). He left a will dated 6 Apr 1742 and proved 3 Aug 1742 which bequeathes all his real and personal estate to his brother James who is also named as executor (Manwaring 3:485)."

    Wolcott, Simon, Windsor. Will dated 6 April, 1742: I, Simon Wolcott of Windsor, do make this my last will and testament: My worldly estate I give and bequeath as follows: My will is that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. I give to my brother James Wolcott all my estate, both real and personal, to him and his heirs forever. I make my brother James Wolcott executor to this my last will.
