Facts and Events
2004 Letter from Opal Wylie [age 88]: All I can tell you about Uncle Sid is that he was a very fine man & was always jolly. He farmed in the Buffalo Hump District about four miles from Norquay. He did odd jobs after they moved to Norquay; some carpenter work. On sports day he always steamed up an old steam engine & drove it all around town. He loved to curl & was an all around good sport. Jack [Opal's husband] knew uncle Sid quite well. In fact they curled together years ago for a while.
