Shadrac was married twice, according to an article written by Lela Craft. Lela wrote that although no documentation exists to verify the story, the family story is that while passing by a farmhouse one day, Shadrack asked the woman there for a drink of water. He told the woman that he would come back for the girl to marry her when she was fifteen.
