I think I can provide some assistance with this question. There is a letter written by Rev. Dr. Shadrach Bostwick (1769-1837) of Canfield, Ohio, to Ebenezer Bostwick which was published in "Genealogical Register of the Name of Bostwick with the Families in Their Respective Generations; Births, Marriages, and Deaths, as far as Obtained from 1668 to 1850" by Erastus Bostwick (Printed by Tuttle and Stacy, Burlington: 1851;p40;FHL Microfilm No: 1015838, Item 2). The Rev. Shadrach Bostwick was a physician and Methodist minister. He was a son of Azaraiah Bostick of Kent County, Maryland, and grandson of James Bostick of Kent County, Maryland. The Shadrach you mention in your query was his uncle. The Rev. Dr. Shadrach Bostwick wrote the following about his uncle (as related by this source):

"My uncle Shadrach married, settled, lived and died near Dover, Delaware. He left two children - William, Elizabeth"

From my research this Shadrach Bostick, the father of William and uncle of Rev. Dr. Shadrach Bostwick married prior to 1767, Ann Brown, daughter of Benjamin Brown and Mary French of Kent County, Maryland. There are a couple of deeds in Kent County, Maryland dated 1791 where Shadrach Bostick is referred to as deceased. They also make reference to William Bostick, then living, but the relationship between between Shadrach Bostick and this William Bostick is not explicitly stated. This William Bostick, who is probably, the William Bostick, son of Shadrach who you refer to, was married to Rebecca Lowber according to Lowber family researchers. That his wife was named Rebecca and that he had business dealings with the Lowber family is confirmed by Kent County, Maryland records. By 1805, this William was in Philadephia, Pennsylvania, where he wrote his will, leaving his estate to his wife, Rebecca, and son, James Auld Bostick. William Lowber of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was the executor.

I have no further information on Shadrach Bostick's descendants.
