    9 Jan 1839: Deposition of Benjamin Tucker jr of Uxbridge that well acquainted with Seth White late a Revolutionary Pensioner late deceased that he died Burrillville in the State of Rhode Island on the fifth day of February 1837, that he left five children living: K White & Maranda Howe wife of Zach Howe all of Holden, Mary Tucker wife of Benjamin Tucker Jr & Sophia Capron of Uxbridge & Nancy Alton wife of Daniel Alton of Thompson in Connecticut; that two other children deceased since the decease of Seth White, to wit, Seth White Jr. & Eliza Burt wife of Ellis Burt; that one child Freeborne White has not been heard from for several years.
    10 Jan 1839: Deposition of George W Seagrave of Uxbridge testifies that Seth White deceased leaving no widow.
