Barnabas Lothrop Esqr Comissionated by the Governour and Council to be the Judge of the Probate of willls & granting Letters of Administration on the estate of Psons dying Intestate within the County of Barnstable. Whereas application being made by Samuel Hinckley of Harwich Administrator to the estate of his brother Seth Hinckley Late of Barnstable deceased to settle sd estate who dyed Intestate the sd estate is therefore by me settled and ordered to be divided as followeth. That is to say to Job Hinckley, Shubal Hinckley, Josiah Hinckley, Elnathan Hinckley, Mary Bangs, Mehetabel Hinckley and Mercy Crosbey the brothers and sisters of sd deceased and to the two children of Thomas Hinckley another of the brothers deceased each of ym an equall part of sd estate after debts and all necessary charges are paid out & responded: That is to say that the sd two children of the sd deceased Thomas Hinckley shall have one equall part with their uncles and aunts which would have belonged to their Father If now living & the Administrator to pay out the same accordingly.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale of the Court of Probate for sd County ye first day of August 1711.
