Scott A. Foy, 36, of Berlin, died Aug 10, 1996, at his residence. Born Aug. 8, 1960, in Meyersdale, son of James A. and Donna (Beal) Foy of Garrett RD 1. Also survived by son, Andrew, and daughter, Elizabeth. Survived by sister, Tammy Berkey, and twin brother, Craig, both of Somerset, and brother, James Jr., at home; also paternal grandmother, Virginia Mae Foy, Berlin. 1978 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High school. Was employed by Lehman Construction. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Ralph G. Landis. Interment Foy Cemetery.
