Sarah Ellen Shawl, widow of John W Shawl, died at the home of her daughte r, Mrs. Nevin Fry, Bettsville, Wednesday at 5;13 p.m, following an Illne ss of 10 Days. Mrs. Shawl was born May 24th, 1857, in Jackson Twp Sandus ky CO The Daughter of Danier and Katherine (Henry) Warner, and was marri ed November 13th, 1877. She is survived by two sons, Howard and Wilmer Sh awl, and a Daughter Mrs. Nevin Fry, All living in Bettsville, six Grandch ildren and Eight Great Grandchildren, She was a member of the United Breth ren of Burgoon, Funeral survices will be held at the Nevin Fry Residenc e, Bettsville, Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery Jackson Twp Sandus ky CO The body will be taken from the Turner Funeral Home to the Residen ce for the services.
