    [Note: this source abstracts the Middlesex deed Vol. 29, p. 167 naming Sarah as "Nicholas Noyes, physician of Andover, and wife Sarah, late Tuttle". As can be seen by investigating the deed (follow link or see abstract on grandfather's page), the "late Tuttle" is not seen at all, and is probably confusion caused by Sarah's cousin Sarah Tuttle also being named in the deed.]
