, p. 46, says Sarah is d/o Samuel Walton and Sarah Maverick. No evidence of this has been found, and in fact, in 1684, when Sarah was still unmarried, Samuel of Marblehead appears to have baptized all his children and the list does not include Sarah (

): Octob: 26: William Martha Mary Samuel John: } of Sam'll Walton). Sure, perhaps, she was the oldest daughter, being named after her mother, and hence, old enough to be baptized as an adult and admitted? Nothing to this effect was noticed in the church records.
