Will Abstract

Last Will & Testament of Sarah Robertson decd.

I Sarah Robertson widow of Reuben Robertson deceased of the District and State aforesaid.

I wish all my just debts paid out of the personal property which I have received from my son Wesley Robertson Administrator of the Estate of my late husband Reuben Robertson.

I give and bequeath until the children of my son Wesley Robertson as follows: Reuben Abner Robertson, Lucien Robertson, Wesley Marion Robertson, Augustus Lafayette Robertson.

All the remainder of my estate both real and person I give devise and bequeath to my son Wesley Robertson for and during his natural life, and after his death to such child or children as he be leave surviving him.

I do hereby appoint my son Wesley Robertson the sole and only Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty six.
