Sarah Hays of Pendleton do herby make my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
- First I Desire all my last debts and funeral expenses to be paid out of my perisable [sic] property
- Secon [sic] since I gave and allow unto my son George my shares of the estate of Moses Hays deceasd [sic] being now in law I also gave him my bed and bedding with farming utensils without reserve also twoo [sic] proven accounts against the estate of Nicholas Sybert and
- Thirdly what I other Property not above mentioned to be sold and the proceeds equaly [sic] divided between my sons
