Person:Sarah Stevenson (9)

Stevenson is not her maiden name but Family Tree Maker won't allow me to use "Unknown" for her marriage to her first husband and "Sarah Stevenson" for her marriage to Peter. I know I'm supposed to use "Unknown" for both if I don't know her maiden name but I want to show her as her name was when she married Peter. I'm not really sure how it's really spelled as I've seen it Stephasan, Stephenson and Steveson.

We know Sarah had at least one son, John. He was mentioned in Peter's will and after Peter's death she lived with John in Rushcreek, Logan Co., OH in the 1850 and 1860 census. In the 1860 census she's listed as Sarah Stephenson, not Derr. Unable to find her afterward; no new marriage record and no death record.

In the 1830 census, Baughman Township, Wayne Co., OH she was the head of the family and had one son under 5 (John was born in 1826) and a daughter between 5 and 10. I think this was Jane who married Stanton Johnston in 1837. The 1840 census doesn't show a daughter and Jane would've been married to Stanton by then.

There is another boy living with Peter and Sarah Derr in the 1840 census who is between 10 and 15. I have no idea who that might be.
