  2.   Sarah Silver married Francis McGuire, whom James Silver named
as guardian of his children in his will. At the time the will was probated
Francis was only twenty years old, so James Silver must have had great
    faith in someone so young.

Sarah was sixteen when her father died in 1807, so Sarah must have
been very impressed by young McGuire to come back to Silver Springs and
    marry him ten years later.

They did marry in 1817, and remained married for thirty-five years
until Francis' death in 1852. Francis farmed, and like the Silvers was active
in the affairs of the community, and in the Silver Spring Presbyterian church,
of which he was a trustee.

Francis and Sarah had six children----
    James McGuire b. May 20, 1818 d.1872
    Isaac McGuire b. Aug 22, 1822 d. May 30, 1869
    Joseph McGuire b Jan 6, 1826 d. June 15, 1888
    William McGuire
    Adeline McGuire

Sarah Silver McGuire died on October 3, 1856 and is buried in Silver
Springs Presbyterian church cemetery in quad 3.
