Sarah Puddephatt was baptised on 8th December 1708 at Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire, daughter of Mary Puddephatt, formerly Smith, and her husband Jeremiah Puddephatt, a farmer. Sadly young Sarah died shortly after her baptism, being buried at Hemel Hempstead just four days later.
