Thomas Hilleary of Prince Georges County and Province of Maryland Gent granted unto my loving brother William Hilleary of the County and Province aforesaid Consideration five shillings sterling money Tract of land in Frederick County called Sugar Loaf containing eighty acres. Executed by Thomas Hilleary 13 Nov 1754 in presence of Morda Jacob and Thomas Williams. Deed endorsed as follows: Rec'd the sum of five shillings sterling money of William Helleary being the consideration money within mentioned this thirteenth day of November Anno Dom 1754. Witness Morda Jacob, Thomas Hilleary. Acknowledged by Thomas Hilleary 30 Nov 1754. Premises to be the right and title of his brother the within mentioned William Hilleary. Separate examination of wife as same day came Sarah wife of the within named Thomas Hilleary and release of Dower. Further endorsement December the 3rd 1754. Recorded at request of William Hilleary, December 3, 1754.
