SOURCE: U.S. Census 1860, McCurry's District of Hart County, Georgia, Dwelling & Family #82. The McCurry Family Cemetery is located at N34'15.027", W82' 56.541". This is about 150 yards into the woods, on the South side of Hart County Road 67, approximately .2 miles South of where it joins County Road 68 (Old McCurry Road). The cemetery is surrounded by a rusted iron gate. It was completely overgrown with trees, shrubs, and vines (and found only by luck!) when David Brown visited it on December 23, 1996. The marker of John and Sara McCurry was barely visible, and because of the thick undergrowth, it was not possible to determine if there were any other graves present. References
