William Marsh was born ca 1673, and was the 1st township officer, Nov. 26, 1717, for Sadsbury...The name Sadsbury occurs as early as June 1, 1708, in a deed, but the township wasn't 1st organized until 1717. 

   The Marsh family were Quakers, so if I were you I'd search for them in

MM records...the Sadsbury meeting began in the 1720s, so as they seem to be from that twp I'd look for Sadsbury records. Do a place search at the online LDS site, to see what records are on film.....
