    [Note: the first death may be found p. 69, next to last record, while the second is p. 79, 6th line. As can be seen, the second record has been incorrectly transcribed, being the wife. This conclusion is confirmed by the copy sent to the state which lists the second death as a married woman of age 41. The first record is probably the wife of the father Ebenezer Bird Sr., and the second is this Sarah, as she is said to be the mother of all the children of Ebenezer Jr. (e.g., [1]).]
